The V6 SEL AWD is equipped with a standard 3.0-liter, V6, 221-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 25-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2008 Fusion is a carryover from 2007.

The 2008 Ford Focus is a 2- or 4-door, 5-passenger family coupe, or family sedan, available in 6 trims, ranging from the S Coupe to the SES Sedan. Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 2.0-liter, I4, 140-horsepower engine that achieves 24-mpg in the city and 35-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard, and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The 2008 Focus is redesigned for 2008.
